1. What we collect
- The GPA, IELTS score, budget, and target major you enter into the shortlist tool (no account required)
- The Statement of Purpose text you paste into the SOP review tool
- Your email address and payment details when purchasing a plan (payment details are handled directly by Stripe — our servers never see or store your card number)
- Basic site analytics (e.g. pages visited, device type)
2. How we use this information
Your shortlist inputs are used to compute your Reach/Match/Safety list in real time and are never reviewed by a human. Your SOP text is sent to a third-party AI provider (a Claude model accessed via DataEyesAI) to generate review feedback, and is not used to train models or shared with other users. Your email is used only for purchase confirmations, service notifications, and — if you purchase the Premium plan — for a human advisor to contact you.
3. Third-party services
- DataEyesAI (Claude) — processes SOP review and visa interview text
- Stripe — processes payments, subject to its own privacy policy
4. Data retention
The current version does not store your shortlist inputs or SOP text in a database — each submission is used only to generate that session's result and is cleared on page refresh. Payment records are retained per Stripe's standard requirements for reconciliation and refunds.
