1. Description of service

AdmitPath provides shortlist generation, SOP review, and visa interview preparation tools. We are not an immigration agency or a licensed education agent, and we do not provide legal or immigration advice. We cannot and do not guarantee any university admission or visa outcome.

2. Payment & refunds

• All plans are one-time payments — no automatic subscriptions or renewals
• Entry / Core plans are instantly-delivered digital content; once you've used the review/generation features, purchases are generally non-refundable. If the service is genuinely broken (e.g. the review feature is persistently unavailable), contact support within 7 days of purchase for a refund
• For the human-service portion of the Premium plan, a full refund is available if the advisor has not yet started work

University entry requirements, tuition ranges, and similar data are compiled from public information and may change over time — always confirm against the official programme page. AI-generated shortlist suggestions, SOP feedback, and visa interview simulation are for reference only and do not constitute an admission guarantee or professional legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdmitPath is not liable for a failed application, a refused visa, or any other indirect loss arising from use of this service.
